Dr. Mack graduated with High Honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and earned his medical degree at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. He completed his transitional internship at Morristown Memorial Hospital and his residency training in ophthalmology at SVCMC / New York Medical College-Brooklyn/Queens, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Mack offers his expertise in cataract/refractive surgery, diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy, medical management of glaucoma, and comprehensive ophthalmology. He speaks medical Spanish and medical Mandarin. He is on staff at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, Ocean Medical Center in Brick, and Community Medical Center in Toms River.

Dr. Mack founded the Mack Eye Center in 2009, a full service ophthalmology office in West Long Branch, N.J., providing exceptional eye care for all of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Dr. Mack offers exceptional, top-notch personalized care with a friendly and caring attitude. Because of increasing demand for his services, Dr. Mack opened his second office at 445 Brick Boulevard, Suite 203 in Brick, N.J. in 2011. Within moments of arriving at either office, all patients and family will appreciate the friendly and efficient office staff and pleasant atmosphere.
 
Dr. Mack specializes in all aspects of medical and surgical eye care. Dr. Mack performs all routine eye care services, including glasses/contact lens prescriptions for children, adults, and senior citizens. In addition, Dr. Mack possesses the finest dexterity as an Eye Surgeon. Dr. Mack has performed over 1000 eye surgeries in his career, spanning from New York City to Freehold, West Long Branch, Brick and Toms River. Because of his commitment to his patients, Dr. Mack constantly integrates the newest technologies into his practice. For example, Cataract Surgery can be completed in about 15 minutes as an outpatient, and with the new Intraocular Lens options that Dr. Mack can provide, patients can be glasses independent for distance vision and reading. 
 
In addition to the exceptional care that one will receive at the Mack Eye Center, our office proudly utilizes Electronic Health Records for all patient records and appointments to provide the most accurate patient care and help reduce environmental waste. Likewise, Dr. Mack uses the latest in digital eye photography and scanning lasers (OCT) in order to diagnose, demonstrate, and manage eye disorders. For Glaucoma and Neurological Testing, Dr. Mack uses the latest in Humphrey Visual Field analysis to detect any subtle visual field loss.
